Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If you’d like a different size or color, please contact us to confirm stock.
  • The exchange process must also be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Undergarments or intimate wear for hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at waxxeeshop@gmail.com or WhatsApp +923162591156 with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
