Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If you’d like a different size or color, please contact us to confirm stock.
- The exchange process must also be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items.
- Undergarments or intimate wear for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Damaged or Defective Items
